A counselor can help you identify barriers, and most importantly help you learn new ways of dealing with these barriers. Individual Counseling

Couples Counseling

Relationships require work. Whether you are in a new relationship, or you have been together for years, sometimes an adjustment is needed to improve your couple. Just like changing the oil on your car, preventive maintenance is much easier than major repairs.

Distance Counseling (Tele-mental health)

For folks who are in Georgia, but for whom in-person visits are not possible or too difficult, distance counseling may be an option. Contact me to discuss further or to see how I work with your specific insurance provider.
