FAQs

Do you accept my insurance?

We have clinicians that accept Anthem (BCBS), Evernorth (Cigna), Aetna,  Alliant, United/Optum, and Lyra. Contact us if you have a plan through your employer not on this list - we may be able to add them.

We are also able to provide you with a receipt that you may be able to provide to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Give your insurance company a call and ask them about your out of network coverage for mental health, and they should be able to give you a better idea about what your costs will be.  You can use your HSA (Health Savings Account) as well.

Do you work with children?

Both Michelle Walraven is a play therapist who works with children. Summer Hamilton will see kids age 10 and over. Our other clinicians may see adolescents.

I'm ready to book an intake session, how do I do this?

You can send a message on the contact form on this website with your availability, or give us a call. We look forward to working with you.

What is your cash rate, or out-of-network rate?

The initial intake and evaluation is $200.

Rates vary by the session length, and session type. Generally, sessions are $100-160/hour.

Relationship counseling is not generally covered by insurance, though this is not always the case, such with some EAP benefits. In this case you may have to pay out of pocket, even if you have insurance.  Contact us if you have questions about this.

I have questions that were not covered here.

Feel free to send an email, fill out the contact form, or give us a call. We're happy to answer any questions you may have.

Do you have evening/weekend appointments available?

Some of our clinicians offer evening/weekend hours. These appointments have an additional fee, and is covered by most insurance plans.
